Process
From bare metal to cured finish.
Five stages, one pass through the booth. Nothing gets recoated because nothing was rushed the first time.
You bring it clean
We coat prepared, degreased metal.
We check its condition before coating and agree on any extra preparation separately if needed.
Surface prep
Before coating, we prepare the part for the process.
Threads, bores, contact surfaces and anything else that needs to stay free of powder are masked as required.
Electrostatic application
Powder is applied to the part using the Gema electrostatic system.
The electrostatic charge helps the powder adhere evenly to the metal surface and allows coverage to be controlled even on edges, corners and more complex shapes.
Application is done by hand, letting the operator monitor each part individually.
Curing oven
After powder application, the part goes into the curing oven.
At a controlled temperature the powder melts, flows into an even layer and cures according to the coating manufacturer’s specified schedule.
Final inspection
After cooling, we inspect the part visually.
We assess surface evenness, coverage and finish quality.
We also measure the coating thickness with a gauge to confirm it’s within spec. The part is then ready for release.

Sized for full assemblies, not just brackets.
The dimensions of our spray cabin and curing oven let us handle not just small parts, but larger structures and assemblies too.
If a part fits our equipment as a whole, there’s no need to split it into smaller pieces just for coating.

Finish & colour
We offer a wide range of RAL Classic colours and different surface finishes, matched to the part’s end use and your project’s requirements.
We’re not limited to a fixed set — matt, glossy, structure, metallic and other special powders are all available depending on the manufacturer and the specific colour.
Colours shown on screen are illustrative.
Due to monitor calibration, the colour displayed may differ from the actual RAL shade. If needed, we confirm the colour against a physical sample before starting work.

Under operator control
Our coating process isn’t run on a fixed automated line.
Powder is applied by hand, letting the operator adapt technique to the part’s shape and pay attention to edges, corners, recesses and other complex surfaces.
Wide range of colours and finishes
We work with RAL Classic colours and offer powders in different gloss levels and textures.
If your project already specifies a colour or finish, we work to that specification.
Capability for large parts
Being able to process parts up to 5.5 metres long gives us more flexibility when coating structures, profiles and larger assemblies.
Where possible, a structure can be coated as a whole, without needing to split it into pieces just for coating.
